May 28, 2024, Stellantis announced a handful of leadership in a press release, including appointing Lancia brand CEO Luca Napolitano as the company’s new global chief sales and marketing officer, that organizational changes will take effect from June 1, 2024.

Napolitano will replace Thierry Coskas, who will remain with Stellantis and focus on the company’s Citroen brand. In addition to the role of chief sales and marketing officer, Napolitano will retain his position as Lancia CEO.

Napolitano became Lancia CEO and a member of Stellantis’ executive team following the merger of Fiat Chrysler and Peugeot SA to form Stellantis in January 2021. Prior to that, he had worked at Fiat Chrysler, and joined the Fiat Group in 2000.

Olivier Bourges has been appointed Chief Customer Experience Officer, taking over from Richard Schwarzwald, who is leaving Stellantis for personal reasons. Olivier aims to achieve the company’s Dare Forward 2030 goal of being No. 1 in customer satisfaction, leveraging his in-depth industry knowledge and experience with Stellantis operations.

Clara Ingen-Housz, who joined Stellantis in early 2024, will replace Olivier Bourges as head of the Global Corporate Office and Public Affairs. Clara, a member of the Top Executive Team, previously served as Saint-Gobain’s Group Legal Counsel and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer. Her international legal experience in Hong Kong, New York, and Brussels enhances the global expertise and diversity of the executive team.

Additionally, Stellantis already announced on May 17, 2024, that Chris Feuell would become the Ram brand CEO, alongside her role as Chrysler brand CEO, succeeding Timothy Kuniskis, who is retiring after 32 years. Matt McAlear will be the new Dodge brand CEO, replacing Kuniskis and joining the Top Executive Team which also effectively from June 1, 2024.
